Stampaz vs Fideloop in 30 seconds

Fideloop (fideloop.io) is a Spanish loyalty system for local businesses. If you're searching for a Fideloop alternative, the first thing to know is that the two tools are quite similar: a card on the customer's phone with no app, six card types and push notifications. The differences are price, how setup works, and how many locations and cards you get. Fideloop figures come from its pricing section, as of October 2026:

FideloopStampaz
PricePro plan, €49/month + VATLocal €29, Pro €49, Chain €149 a month (excl. tax)
Locations1 on Pro; more on requestLocal 1, Pro up to 10, Chain up to 30

Push notificationsUnlimited, including geo-pushLocal 4 a month; unlimited on Pro and Chain, with location reminders

The honest summary: if you want someone to set it up and stay close to you, Fideloop is more of a done-for-you service, with support by WhatsApp and video call. If you'd rather do it yourself in a few minutes, pay less for a single shop or cover several locations on one plan, Stampaz fits better.

What each one is

Fideloop

Fideloop describes itself as a digital loyalty system for small local businesses in Spain. The card lives on the customer's phone, and customers sign up once by QR code, social media or another channel the business picks. It offers six card types, automated campaigns segmented by spend and visit frequency, review-request sequences for your best customers, and acquisition through coupons and referrals.

One thing stands out: their team sets it up for you, in about 7 days according to their site, with support by email, WhatsApp and video call. Its site and support are in Spanish, which matters if you run a shop elsewhere.

Stampaz

Stampaz is a tool for creating loyalty cards yourself that customers save in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Anyone who uses neither gets a web card. The customer scans the QR code on your counter poster, fills in the minimum and saves the card in seconds, without downloading any app.

You pick a template, upload your logo and print the poster: about 5 minutes. All six card types are on every plan, and you can run several cards at once. The product is available in 21 languages.

Pricing: what you pay with each

Fideloop (as of October 2026)

According to its pricing section:

  • Pro plan: €49 a month plus VAT, for 1 location. For more locations, you contact them.
  • Annual billing: advertised as 2 months free, without the exact amount.
  • No lock-in and a free trial you request on the site.
  • Includes unlimited customers, unlimited managers and unlimited push.

Stampaz

Prices exclude tax, with no lock-in:

PlanMonthlyYearlyLocationsActive cardsPush campaigns
Local€29€290124 a month
Pro€49€490Up to 1010Unlimited
Chain€149€1,490Up to 30UnlimitedUnlimited

Over 30 locations, custom pricing. Stampaz has no free plan and no advertised free trial.

How to read it, with an example. With one shop and only a few campaigns a month, Stampaz Local (€29) costs €20 a month less than Fideloop Pro (€49). If you want unlimited push and location reminders for a single shop, compare Fideloop Pro with Stampaz Pro: both are €49. With three shops, Fideloop asks you to request a price, while Stampaz Pro covers up to 10 for the same €49 a month.

Wallet and the customer experience

This is where they're closest, and it's worth saying. In both cases the customer doesn't download an app: they join with a QR code and the card stays on their phone.

What you get with Stampaz:

  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, plus a web card for everyone else.
  • Lock-screen notifications (4 campaigns a month on Local; unlimited on Pro and Chain). The automatic updates for each stamp, balance or reward don't count toward the limit.
  • Location reminders near your shop using Wallet's location feature (Pro and Chain). Fideloop also offers geo-push.
  • A design that updates itself: change your logo, background photo or colors and it changes on every phone, with no one losing stamps, points or balance.

Card types and features

On card types they're level. Fideloop lists stamps, points, discount, cashback, membership and gift. Stampaz has:

  • Stamps: the classic "buy 9 coffees, get the 10th free".
  • Points, with optional tiers: better when ticket sizes vary a lot.
  • Tiered discount: the more customers spend, the bigger their discount.
  • Cashback: a percentage comes back as store credit to spend in your shop.
  • Gift card: a reloadable balance with optional expiry. More in gift cards for small business.
  • Membership: "2 haircuts a month" or "a coffee a day", with remaining uses always visible.

With Stampaz you can run several cards at once (2 on Local, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Chain), for example a coffee punch card plus a holiday gift card. We couldn't confirm on Fideloop's site how many active cards it allows at the same time.

On automations, Stampaz Pro and Chain include birthday, welcome and "we miss you" messages. Fideloop offers automated campaigns by spend and frequency, review-request sequences and referral acquisition: if those two matter a lot to you, that's a point in its favor.

Setup, staff and support

Fideloop is installed by their team, in about 7 days according to their site, with unlimited managers and support by email, WhatsApp and video call. If you don't want to touch anything yourself, that's convenient.

Stampaz is self-serve: template, logo and poster in about 5 minutes, so you can be stamping cards today. Your staff scan with any phone, with no accounts or apps, and double-scan protection. If your team changes often, there's no one to add or remove.

Data and privacy

Fideloop says on its site that the data belongs to the business, that you can export it and combine it with other systems, and that the Pro plan includes integration with your own systems.

Stampaz stores data on EU servers, is GDPR-compliant and lets you export your customers to CSV on every plan. On the key point they agree: your customer data is yours.

When each one makes sense

Choose Fideloop if…

  • You want it set up for you and prefer hands-on support by WhatsApp or video call.
  • Reviews and referrals are a big part of what you want from the program.
  • You need to integrate it with your own systems.
  • You want to try it free before paying, and you're comfortable working in Spanish.

Choose Stampaz if…

  • You want to start today, on your own, in a few minutes.
  • You have one shop and want to pay less: Local is €29 a month.
  • You have, or plan to have, several locations: Pro covers up to 10 for €49 a month, with public pricing.
  • You want several cards at once in the same business.

How to switch from Fideloop to Stampaz without losing customers

Switching tools feels risky because your customers have stamps or balance built up. With a little order, no one loses anything:

  1. Export your customer data from Fideloop so you know who had what.
  2. Create your card in Stampaz with the same rule you had ("10 stamps, 1 free"), so customers don't have to learn anything new. Our guide on how to create a loyalty card for your business takes you step by step.
  3. Print the QR poster and put it by the till.
  4. Honor what they've earned: when a customer signs up, add the stamps, points or balance they already had.
  5. Run both for a few weeks and say it at the counter: "We're switching cards and moving your stamps over."
  6. Cancel the old one once your regulars have the new card.

If you run a coffee shop, a barber shop or a bakery, you'll find card examples for your trade on its page.
