Cookie Policy

This is an automatic translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. Stampaz only uses strictly necessary technical cookies for the service to work. We do not use advertising, third-party analytics or social media cookies.

1. Which cookies we use

  • Dashboard session (sb-…, from Supabase): keeps the business's session signed in. First-party. Lasts while the session is active.
  • Language (NEXT_LOCALE): remembers the language you choose. First-party. Lasts 1 year.
  • Team scanner (fd_staff): keeps the scanner open on a team member's phone. First-party. Lasts up to 30 days or until the scanner session is closed.
  • Sign-up source (sz_src): remembers which campaign or invite link you came from, to attribute the sign-up. First-party. Lasts 60 days. Only created if you arrive from a campaign or invite link.

2. Why we don't ask for your consent

The session, language and scanner cookies are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the AEPD guidance, because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request. The source cookie (sz_src) is only created when you open an invite or campaign link: it stores only which link you came from, doesn't track your browsing, isn't shared with anyone and you can delete it whenever you want. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your permission first.

3. How to delete them

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block the session cookies, you won't be able to log in to the dashboard or use the scanner.

4. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

Cards saved in the Wallet don't use cookies. Apple and Google process their own data according to their privacy policies.
