Terms of Service

Stampaz lets you create loyalty cards (stamps or points) for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, sign up customers with a QR code, add stamps or points with a scanner, send notifications to card holders and view statistics. The features and limits of each plan are described on the pricing page.

• There is no free trial. You can create your account and design your card, but for your customers to sign up, to add stamps and to send notifications you must activate a paid plan.
• Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period.
• You can change plans from the dashboard; the change is prorated according to Stripe's rules.

• Prices are shown excluding indirect taxes (VAT/IGIC or others as applicable), unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are detailed during checkout and on the invoice.
• Payment is handled through Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it; if it is not completed, the account will be paused.
• We may change prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice; the change applies at the next renewal and you can cancel beforehand.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Stripe) in your dashboard. There is no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and until then you can keep using the service. Partial periods are not refunded.

When the subscription ends, the account is paused and all data of the business and its customers is deleted automatically 30 days later. Before that, you can export it from Settings. You can also delete your account at any time, with immediate effect.

You agree to:

• Not send spam. Notifications must relate to your business, be sent only to those who agreed to receive offers and at a reasonable frequency, within the limits of your plan.
• Not send illegal, misleading or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Fill in your real legal details in Settings, inform your customers and respect their rights: you are the controller of their data.
• Not use logos or trademarks that don't belong to you, not attempt to access other businesses' accounts or data, and not overload or attack the service.
• Comply with the terms of Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

If you breach these rules, we may suspend sending notifications or the account, notifying you beforehand except in serious or urgent cases.

Your logo, your texts and your customer list are yours. You give us permission to use them only to the extent necessary to provide the service. You can export all your data at any time. The processing of your customers' data is governed by the data processing agreement.

We work to keep Stampaz always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, such as failures of Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, networks or our providers. Apple and Google may limit or delay the delivery of notifications according to their own rules.

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability on any grounds is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of customers or indirect damages. You are responsible for the promotions and rewards you offer your customers and for honoring them.

If we change anything important, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Juzgados y Tribunales de Granadilla de Abona. Questions? Write to us at support@mirandanetwork.es.
